Hello from a newbie, I'd like to know more about putting a newer style wheel on old (86chevy 8lug) truck 18" Dodge oem alum. on this 86 chevy, all trucks seem to be correct 8x6.5 but the metric is getting confusing , not hard to do,lol. Front disk rear drum on this chevy, Will it work on the bolt and center size hub-14FF on chevy. Wouldn't drive truck to another state just to see if these wheels would fit , (online sale) Thanks

All 8x6.5" bolt pattern axles are the same so no need to worry there, just make sure the backspacing is correct for your application.

Newer Ford trucks run an 8x170mm bolt pattern and those will NOT fit an 8x6.5" bolt pattern axle so be sure to measure carefully.
